The motor is mainly composed of stator and rotor
The working principle of the motor
It uses an energized coil (that is, a stator winding) to generate a rotating magnetic field and act on the rotor (such as a squirrel cage closed aluminum frame) to form a magnetoelectric power rotating torque. Motors are divided into DC motors and AC motors according to different power sources. Most of the motors in the power system are AC motors, which can be synchronous motors or asynchronous motors (the motor stator magnetic field speed and the rotor rotation speed do not maintain a synchronous speed).
The motor is mainly composed of a stator and a rotor. The direction of the movement of the energized wire in the magnetic field is related to the direction of the current and the direction of the magnetic induction line (magnetic field direction). The working principle of the motor is that the magnetic field acts on the force of the current to make the motor rotate.
2. The output power of the motor is proportional to what
T = 9.55 * P/N, T output torque, P power, N speed, the load of the motor is divided into constant power and horizontal torque, constant torque, T does not change, then P and N are proportional. The load is constant power, then T and N are basically inversely proportional.
Torque = 9550 * output power/output speed
Power (watts) = speed (radians/second) x torque (Newton. meter).
The power is constant, the speed is fast, and the torque is small. Generally, when a large torque is required, in addition to a high-power motor, a reducer is also required. It can be understood that when the power P is constant, the higher the speed, the smaller the output torque.
3. The difference between motor and generator
1. Both motors and generators are composed of magnets, coils, commutators, brushes, etc., and the connection between the components and the components is basically the same, and the components are connected in series. Circuit.
2. There are magnets in the composition of motors and generators, so both will be affected by the direction of the magnetic field, and the direction of the current is related to the direction of the magnetic field. Therefore, the force direction of the coils in motors and generators is related to the direction of the magnetic field.
3. Their working principles are different. First, the generator is made according to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, while the generator is made according to the principle of force movement of the energized conductor in the magnetic field, and the second is the motor. The judgment method of the generator and the generator is different. The judgment of the current direction in the general generator usually uses the right-hand rule, the motor conductor in the magnetic field force movement direction is generally used in the left-hand rule.
4. The purpose of work and the conversion of energy are different. Generators generally need to do work from the outside to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, while motors are the opposite and need to work on the outside to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.
