1. If an external analog quantity is used for speed control, the analog voltage you input is proportional to the rotation speed of the motor. For example, the internal parameters of the driver acquiesce in the voltage value of every 1V, the motor rotates 500 times per minute, and the output voltage of 3V is 1500 revolutions per minute. Of course, the motor speed corresponding to each V voltage can be set, and the acquiescence is 500, which can be changed to 80 or 800. Only by changing the voltage value of the output analog quantity, the speed of the motor can be set arbitrarily.
2. There is also a form of azimuth control. At this time, the rotation speed of the motor is proportional to the frequency of the upper pulse. If the driver sets 10000 pulses to rotate once, if the upper pulse sends 10000 pulses per second, the motor rotates once a second. At this time, if you want to change the speed of the motor, you only need to change the frequency of the upper pulse. The higher the pulse frequency, the faster the motor speed.
Why does the 2. servo motor stop working briefly when the speed is low?
In general, even if the servo motor speed is low, the motor will not stop running. The servo motor stops working and should have nothing to do with the speed. The reason why the low speed, the servo motor will stop working, may be just a coincidence.
The servo motor stops running. It is recommended to check whether the load capacity is sufficient at this time. If the load capacity of the servo motor is not enough, the motor will send an overload alarm and stop immediately. It is suggested to check the load connection first, what connection is used, timing belt, screw rod or gear. Check whether the joint is slipping and whether the shaft of the motor stops when the motor stops running.
What is the relationship between 3. servo motor speed and voltage?
Whether it is DC servo or AC servo motor:
(1) At high speed, the speed of the servo motor is proportional to the voltage;
(2) At low speed, the voltage should be lower than the speed drop;
(3) When the speed of the servo motor is zero, the voltage is not zero;
In simple terms, the voltage changes as the speed of the servo motor changes: voltage = back emf armature voltage drop.
